The space I’m in.

If you have noticed, this is a new “space” that I am occupying.  I took down my photography website and it felt good.  I love photography and it is a huge part of my life but I have had many a heart-to-heart with myself (and family) and it just feels right to slow down and concentrate on other things.  My other website, Baked Bree (otherwise known as my 4th child) has grown in ways that I could not have imagined.  I love the time that I spend in my kitchen cooking and photographing and it has brought me professional happiness that I have never known before.  I love the fact that I can do it from anywhere and I do not have to worry about starting over in another year.

Or three years.

Or whenever the Coast Guard tells us to move.

I love the fact that I am spending weekends with my own family.  I love that my time is devoted to my children and that even though they drive me crazy, we are spending out summer days together.

I am happy.  Super, crazy, happy.

It is a nice space to be in.
